The point is that beards are in fashion nowadays. All the negative perceptions concerning beards have disappeared and beards are now the sign of an independent, creative, and confident man.

In today’s world, Beards represent authenticity, transparency, wisdom, and confidence. So ignore the negativity and grow your beard if you want to. Do maintain it though.

Confidence comes from within oneself. If you feel good about yourself and you look good, then you'll be more efficient and effective at work. So if your beard makes you look good, gives you confidence, and you are comfortable with it then don't even think twice before grooming your beard and heading off to work. Not only will you radiate positive energy but you will exude confidence. You'll soon notice people coping you. Be a role model and lead the beard revolution to make the world a better place.

Be proud of your beard, your attitude, and your appearance. You’ll soon notice everything falling into place for you. Remember that all the doubts that you have are just in your head.You can become what you think you can become. So, bearded man the ball is in your court now!
